- water - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1 Tbsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- Equal - 15 pkg
- envelope gelatin - 1 item
- cherries - 2 c
- strawberry extract - 1 Tbsp
- lo-cal whipped topping - 2 pkg
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Blend together cream cheese and Ricotta cheese. Sprinkle gelatin over water and orange juice in small saucepan. Soften 1 minute. Heat and stir constantly until dissolved. Add gelatin mixture, strawberry extract and Equal to cheese mixture and blend until smooth. Fold in fruit. Prepare whipped topping and fold into cherry mixture.
