How to make cheesecake:

Save 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside. Combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. In small bowl, mix until crumbly. Press on bottom and halfway up sides of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. In large bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Add 3 eggs and rest of cake mix. Beat 1 minute and add milk. Beat until smooth. Pour onto crust. Bake at 300° for 45 to 50 minutes until center is firm. Cool and put pie filling on top.
