Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- tall can Milnot, whipped - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add jello and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pack 2/3 of mixture on bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan (or larger). Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours.
