Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1/2 c
  • blueberry - 1 item
  • Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high 15 seconds
  • Fruit Topping: cherry
  • blackberry - 1 item

How to make impossible cheesecake:

Heat oven to 350°. Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend on high 2 minutes. (Cheesecake will make its own crust while baking.) Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake until center is set, approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Spread with optional topping carefully over top. Serve with fruit topping of choice.Optional Topping:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. vanilla Fruit Topping: cherry blueberry blackberry
