Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- Bisquick baking mix - 1/2 c
- blueberry - 1 item
- Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high 15 seconds
- Fruit Topping: cherry
- blackberry - 1 item
How to make impossible cheesecake:
Heat oven to 350°. Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend on high 2 minutes. (Cheesecake will make its own crust while baking.) Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake until center is set, approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Spread with optional topping carefully over top.
