Swiss corn bake
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can whole 5 1/3 oz - 1 oz
How to make swiss corn bake:
Drain corn well. Combine corn, milk, 3/4 cup cheese, eggs, onion and dash of pepper. Pour into baking dish. Toss bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over corn. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
