  • carton sour cream - 1 item
  • stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • crushed corn flakes - 1 item
  • boxes frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 item
  • onions, sauteed in 1/2 stick butter

How to make hash brown potato casserole:

Combine first 6 ingredients. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick butter on top. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
