- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- sliced cheese - 1/2 c
How to make cheesy eggs:
Break eggs into microwave-safe cereal bowl. Beat with fork until blended. Mix in milk, salt and pepper. Cut cheese into small pieces and add to egg mixture. Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until eggs are just about set. Stir one time. For 2 to 3 servings, double all ingredients.
