Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- can Milnot - 1 item
How to make cheesecake:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until it starts to jell. Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Whip Milnot until it peaks. Slowly add cream cheese mixture and gelatin. Mix cracker crumbs with margarine, reserving 1/4 cup. Line a cake pan with rest of crumbs. Pour in cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs.
