  • graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 lb
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • melted oleo - 3/4 c
  • can Milnot - 1 item
  • Save 1/3 for top

How to make cheese cake:

Mix well and spread 2/3 on bottom of pan. Save 1/3 for top.Cheese Filling:1 pkg. lemon jello1 c. boiling water3 Tbsp. lemon juice8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 can Milnot Mix jello, boiling water and lemon juice and let cool while you cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. In separate bowl whip Milnot. (This must be cold to whip good.) Add jello mixture to cheese mixture and mix well. Fold into whipped cream. Pour onto crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Makes a large 9 x 12-inch pan. Refrigerate.
