Lemony cheesecake squares
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
- strawberry preserves - 3/4 c
- ReaLemon juice - 1/2 c
- vanilla wafers crumbs - 2 c
How to make lemony cheesecake squares:
Preheat oven at 375°. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 8 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well. Spread preserves evenly over crust. Pour cheese mixture over preserves. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Cut in squares.
