  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp

How to make cheesecake:

Heat oven to 300°. Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy. Add lemon juice, vanilla and eggs. Beat real good. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 1 hour or until center is firm. Cool to room temperature. Spread with strawberry glaze (optional). Chill for 3 hours. Loosen edge of cheesecake with knife before removing from pan.
