Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • sour cream
  • finely chopped pecans - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • stick butter, softened - 1/2 item

How to make cheesecake:

Topping:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Crust:1 c. graham cracker crumbs1/4 c. finely chopped pecans1/2 stick butter, softened You will need a 9-inch pie pan.

Beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, blending thoroughly. In separate bowl beat eggs well and add to cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

For Crust: Combine crumbs, pecans and butter. Then press mixture into ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325°.

For Topping: Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of baked cream cheese cake. Bake 5 minutes at 325°. Cool and chill several hours before serving.
