  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • Kahlua - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • 5 oz
  • each pkg - 2 oz
  • liquid Carnation nonfat dry mix

How to make chocolate kahlua cheesecake:

Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix. Combine remaining cake mix, chopped nuts and butter in medium bowl. Blend with pastry blender until crumbly. Press on bottom and sides of 2 buttered and floured 9-inch pie plates.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and Kahlua in a large mixer bowl. Beat in reserved cake mix until smooth. Beat eggs in, one at a time, until blended. Gradually beat in liquid nonfat milk. Pour into crusts. Bake in slow oven at 300° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool, then chill. Spread sour cream over top of each cheesecake before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries and chocolate curls. Makes 2 (9-inch) cheesecakes.
