Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 5 Tbsp
- large eggs - 5 item
- chocolate cookie crumbs - 2 c
- semi-sweet chocolate, melted - 2 oz
- Filling:3 8 oz
- Spoon half of this mixture into crust, then stir melted chocolate into remaining cheese mixture until well blended
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Mix together and press into a 9-inch spring-form pan.Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. sugar5 large eggs2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese (room temperature), sugar and eggs until smooth and fluffy. Spoon half of this mixture into crust, then stir melted chocolate into remaining cheese mixture until well blended. Drizzle over batter in crust to make swirls. Bake in preheated 300° oven for 50 minutes. Cool completely, then transfer to a serving plate and refrigerate for at least two hours.Frosting:6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted1/2 c. sour cream Mix sour cream and chocolate together and spread over top of cheesecake.Make this with your eyes closed, because you gain five pounds each time you look at it.
