  • prepared graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • mandarin peel in syrup, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Pour into prepared pie crust
  • mandarin peel in syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 c

How to make cheesecake:

Cream cheese, add eggs, mandarin peel and extract. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in 325° oven for 25 minutes.Topping:1 tsp. butter2 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3/4 c. powdered sugar Cream all ingredients together, put on cooled pie, chill. Serves 8.
