- pkg - 3 oz
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- melted butter
- powdered sugar - 6 Tbsp
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- cocoa unsweetened - 6 Tbsp
- vanilla wafer crumbs 45 wafers
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Cheese Cake:1/4 c. melted butter1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk4 eggs1 tsp. almond extract To prepare chocolate crumbs, combine all ingredients. Press mixture onto bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. Preheat oven to 300°.To Make Cheese Cake: Combine butter and cocoa, stirring until smooth. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add cocoa mixture. Beat well. Slowly beat in condensed milk. Add eggs and almond. Beat well. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes. Center will be soft. Cool.
