  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • Bisquick mix - 3/4 c

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 10-inch. Cook and stir beef and onion in large skillet until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Makes 6 to 9 servings.
