Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cream cheese - 24 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
- vanilla wafers Nabisco - 24 item
How to make cheese tarts:
Beat together the cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla flavoring for 5 minutes at medium speed. Place paper cupcake liners in muffin tin. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Fill with mixture (24 liners). Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 375° oven. When cool, place cherry pie filling on top and place in refrigerator. Can use any kind of pie filling.Can also freeze the tarts before you put the filling in them.
