Ingredients/Components
- sliced peaches - 2 c
- fruit protector - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- water - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- instant pudding mix vanilla or coconut - 1 pkg
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil; beat 2 minutes
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make peach cake:
Mix peaches, sugar and fruit protector; set aside. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil; beat 2 minutes. Drain peaches. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Put half the batter in pan. Place peaches on batter; add rest of batter. BakeRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Peaches.
