Cheese stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- 3 oz - 1 pkg
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/16 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/3 c
- minced celery - 2 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- fresh medium sized mushrooms - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese stuffed mushrooms:
Rinse and pat dry mushrooms and remove stems. Set caps aside for stuffing. In medium bowl beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, paprika, onion powder and nutmeg until well blended. Stir in celery.
