Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
How to make cheese straws:
Cream butter; add cheese and blend well. Add pepper and salt. Gradually add flour and mix well. Use cookie press and shape. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Cheese.
