Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
How to make cheese straws:
Cream the butter and cheese. Add salt, paprika and flour. Batter will be stiff. Fold in thirds; roll out and cut in thin strips. Twist and lay on cookie sheet. Bake in a hot oven (400°) until brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Cheese.
