Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • chopped carrots - 1/2 c
  • chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
  • cubed potatoes - 3 c
  • parsley flakes optional - 1 tsp

How to make cheese soup:

Simmer all but milk, flour and cheese for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk to 2 tablespoons flour. Add to veggies. Cook until thick. Add cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until thick.
