Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- cubed potatoes - 3 c
- parsley flakes optional - 1 tsp
How to make cheese soup:
Simmer all but milk, flour and cheese for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk to 2 tablespoons flour. Add to veggies. Cook until thick. Add cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until thick.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
