Cheese souffle
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- large eggs - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- slices white bread - 17 item
- Tillamook cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make cheese souffle:
Remove crusts from bread; butter and cut each slice into 6 pieces. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with half the bread squares, buttered side down. Cover with half the cheese. Layer rest of bread, buttered side up; top with remaining cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients; pour over the bread. Refrigerate overnight.
