Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soft butter - 1/2 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- grated sharp American cheese - 2 c
How to make cheese puffs:
Blend cheese and butter. Stir in flour, salt and paprika. Mix well. Wrap 1 teaspoon of this mixture around each olive. Place on flat pan and freeze. Store in plastic bags. When ready to serve, bake 15 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
