- sugar - 3 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter - 1/2 lb
- eggs, separated - 6 item
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- cake flour - 3 c
How to make sour cream cake:
Cream the butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time, then add flour and sour cream, starting with flour and ending with flour. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300° in a large tube pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Chocolate.
