Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- grated sharp American cheese - 2 c
- pimiento stuffed olives - 48 item
How to make cheese puffs:
Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour, salt and paprika; mix well. Pat 1 teaspoon dough mixture around each olive, covering it completely. Arrange on a baking sheet and freeze firm. Place in 3 or 4 plastic bags and return to freezer. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400° and bake 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
