Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- 2 lb
- grated sharp cheese - 8 oz
- cans potato soup - 2 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Mix all ingredients in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Frozen potatoes don't have to be thawed. Just break up potatoes and add all the ingredients. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 8.
