Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients with half of the grated cheese. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with remaining half of the grated cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
