Ingredients/Components

  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
  • slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 4 item
  • to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item

How to make cheese potato casserole:

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil until tender. Beat potatoes, milk and butter until smooth. Blend in sour cream and cream cheese. Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Bake at 350° until warm.
