Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 4 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil until tender. Beat potatoes, milk and butter until smooth. Blend in sour cream and cream cheese. Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
