- pkg - 1 lb
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- beer - 1/4 c
How to make cheese dip:
Place cheese spread cubes in a 2-quart casserole dish. Microwave at 50% power for 3 to 6 minutes or until melted, stirring once. Beat in beer and garlic with wire whisk until smooth.
