Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
How to make cheese biscuits:
Sift flour. Measure and sift again with baking powder and salt. Cut in butter and cheese with 2 knives. Add milk; mix lightly. Drop by teaspoon on well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven at 450° for 12 minutes. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
