Wonderful banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- soft butter - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- cake flour
How to make wonderful banana bread:
Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Cream butter and sugar and add bananas and eggs. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture until just blended. Do not overmix! Makes 2 (5 x 9 x 3-inch) loaf pans (greased). Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Bananas.
