- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 2 tsp
- finely chopped pecans or parsley - 1 item
- wedge Cheddar cheese - 1 (8
How to make cheese balls:
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar, mixing well until blended. Add remaining ingredients except parsley/pecans. Chill mixture. Shape in balls; roll in chopped pecans or parsley. Makes up to 3 balls. Can freeze.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
