  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 1
  • whipped topping - 1 c
  • lemon instant pudding - 2 pkg

How to make lemon lush:

Mix the first 3 ingredients and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping together and spread on baked crust.

Next, mix pudding with milk; when set, spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Makes 18 servings.

Serving Suggestion: Top with a little whipped topping and a sprinkle of coconut.
