  • cream cheese - 12 oz
  • grated sharp cheese - 6 oz
  • Blue cheese - 1/4 pkg
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • parsley - 1 c

How to make cheese balls:

Leave cheeses at room temperature for about 2 hours. Cream all cheeses together with garlic salt, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1/2 cup of nuts and 1/2 cup parsley. Shape into ball or log. Roll into 1/2 cup of nuts and 1/2 cup parsley.
