Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- pecan halves - 48 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- stick soft butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make cheese balls:
Mix together well all ingredients, except pecans. Shape one teaspoon dough around each pecan and place each ball on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 375°. They should be cooked just until a light golden color. Makes 48.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
