  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
  • pecan halves - 48 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
  • stick soft butter or margarine - 1 item

How to make cheese balls:

Mix together well all ingredients, except pecans. Shape one teaspoon dough around each pecan and place each ball on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 375°. They should be cooked just until a light golden color. Makes 48.
