Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- white or yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make chess squares:
Second Layer:8 oz. cream cheese2 eggs1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. lemon extract First Layer: Cut cake mix, egg and margarine together with pastry blender. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray. Press mixture into pan with rubber spatula.Second Layer: Mix all ingredients together in small mixer bowl. Pour over the first layer. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
