Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- water - 6 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- onion - 3/4 c
- chopped broccoli - 1 (10
- American cheese, cut up - 8 oz
- or 2 cubes chicken bouillon - 3 tsp
How to make cheese and broccoli soup:
Melt oleo and saute onion for 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Mix in flour until blended. Add water, bouillon, garlic powder, pepper and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
