  • half and half - 1 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • water - 6 c
  • oleo - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • onion - 3/4 c
  • chopped broccoli - 1 (10
  • American cheese, cut up - 8 oz
  • or 2 cubes chicken bouillon - 3 tsp

How to make cheese and broccoli soup:

Melt oleo and saute onion for 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Mix in flour until blended. Add water, bouillon, garlic powder, pepper and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes. Add milk, half and half and cheese. Cook on low until cheese melts.
