Ingredients/Components
- mashed potatoes - 4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can French fried onions - 1 oz
- heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2/3 c
- parsley flakes
How to make chantilly potatoes:
Combine potatoes, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in all but 1/3 cup onions. Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine whipped cream, cheese and salt, blending well. Spread lightly over potato mixture. Sprinkle with parslRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
