Ingredients/Components
- bunch celery - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or celery soup, diluted with the 1/2 can celery water - 1 item
How to make celery au gratin:
Dice and cook celery until tender. Drain, but hold 1/2 can water. Mix ingredients together and put in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Cheddar cheese. Heat in oven for 20 minutes at 350°. Better if made night before and reheated.Recipe categories: Grains, Side dish, Casseroles.
