Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- milk - 2 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- carrot, sliced - 1 item
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 7 item
How to make cauliflower soup:
Cook cauliflower, carrot and onion until extra tender. Then run through blender. Add half and half, margarine, milk, bacon and the Velveeta cheese to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
