Ingredients/Components
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- croutons - 1 item
- cauliflower, cleaned and separated - 1 item
- equal amount of carrots, diced - 1 item
How to make cauliflower casserole:
Precook cauliflower and carrots 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Layer cauliflower and carrots in a casserole dish. Top with soup. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with croutons (cheese is optional). Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Casseroles.
