Ingredients/Components
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- small jar apricot preserves - 1 item
- chicken parts you prefer - 1 item
- small bottle Catalina dressing red - 1 item
How to make catalina chicken:
Spread chicken parts over bottom of baking pan; do not pile. Mix soup mix, preserves and dressing together. Spread over top of chicken. Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 1/2 hours. (If it looks too dry, cover with loose foil.)Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
