Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Catalina salad dressing - 1/2 c
- boneless/skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- hot sauce optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make catalina chicken:
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Saut?© in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Cook until chicken is firm but not browned. Add Catalina salad dressing and hot sauce (if desired) to pan. Stir to coat chicken evenly.
