Chicken marsala
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms - 3/4 c
- chicken stock or water
- Marsala wine - 1/4 c
- chicken cutlets - 2 lb
How to make chicken marsala:
Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper. Fry until browned. Place meat in casserole. To frying pan, add mushrooms, onion and parsley; cook a few minutes. Stir in and brown the flour. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Pour over cutlets. Bake in slow oven, 325°, for one hour. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
