Ingredients/Components
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- ripe tomato - 1 item
- bottle fat free salad dressing - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese Healthy Choice fat free - 1/2 c
How to make caesar chicken:
Wash chicken breasts and place into a bowl. Pour salad dressing over chicken and cover all sides of each breast well. Put in fridge for at least 1 hour. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil. Place chicken breasts on cookie sheet; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Slice tomato; place one slice on each breast. Bake for 5 more minutes.
