Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • cashews - 3 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • sliced mushrooms - 1/2 lb
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • celery - 1 c
  • can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
  • cans Oriental vegetables, drained - 2 item

How to make cashew chicken:

Mix everything except cashews together in large casserole dish. Put cashews on just before baking. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
