Chicken noodle soup



  • carrots - 2 qt
  • potatoes - 2 qt
  • celery - 2 qt
  • chickens - 4 item
  • cooked noodles or spaghetti - 1 gal

How to make chicken noodle soup:

Cook chickens in water. Remove meat from bones. Dice vegetables and cook separately adding salt to taste. Mix everything together and put in jars. Cold pack 2 hours or 90 minutes in pressure canner at 10 pound pressure (pints, 75 minutes).
