Carrot spice cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- chopped walnuts - 2 oz
- shredded carrots - 1 lb
- Blend together eggs, oil and sugar
How to make carrot spice cake:
Heat oven to 350°, line pan with grease using 9 x 12-inch square pan. Blend together eggs, oil and sugar. Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Combine with vanilla and carrots. Mix well, then add walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes.
